Job Description: Technical Support – Level 1 (Voice) Summary:
Provide Level 1 voice support for technical issues related to software, hardware, and applications.
Responsibilities:
• Address customer queries and troubleshoot technical issues.
• Research, diagnose, and escalate complex problems as needed.
• Ensure timely resolution and follow up with customers.
• Log and track issues using a ticketing system.
Qualifications:
• Minimum 10+2+3 education in any stream.
• Basic knowledge of computer systems, mobile devices, and troubleshooting.
• Freshers or candidates with relevant IT support experience.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
Skills & Requirements:
• Excellent problem-solving and customer service skills.
• Ability to work in a team and manage priorities.
• Fluent spoken English.
Work Environment:
• Work from Office (mandatory).
• Rotational/Night shifts required.
